Strength through Weakness (Bloomington)
Our world celebrates strength. We admire the strong, the talented, the rich, and the beautiful. However, God flips those vallues on their head. He is drawn to the humble. He embraces the feeble. His power works best in weakness. Our weaknesses and difficulties never limit God, but display His strength. This Christmas season, we find hope for the weak and focus on the weakest and strongest person of all: Jesus!

You'll learn about the struggle of a church immersed in a city that is much like the Twin Cities.

March 12, 2017 by Spencer Bernard at Evergreen Bloomington
Our goal is to lift up Christ in all we do. His love empowers us to be light in a world filled with darkness. Racial divides are part of the darkness around us. But we, the Church, are called to be an example of unity. Through Evergreen's multi-ethnic priority we hope to address and lead on the issue of racial unity. Because the Gospel is the ultimate answer to all sin and the Cross is the reminder of the price our Savior paid so that we can come together and be His Church.
